The Cooking Course
The style in the lessons is home-cooking. Whether it be for everyday, cooking for 1, simple suppers, lunches, snacks, baking, cooking informally for friends and family or for special occasions. My personal style is very eclectic, I love to cook European food, Mediterranean, North African, East Mediterranean, Thai, Indonesian, Indian. I really enjoy cooking and eating spices and fresh herbs and using seasonal food where I can. I love traditional food as well as contemporary, basically I love to eat!
During your 2 or 3 cooking lessons (the choice is yours) you will learn how to make your favourite meals in a healthy way and (re)-discover your love of food and cooking. We start, in a free introductory session, by finding out what you want to learn to cook and what you want to eat. From here I hand pick the recipes especially for you. I will take into account the time you have to shop and to cook and if you need some help organising your cooking or your kitchen, I can help there too.
All my recipes use the freshest ingredients are designed to take minimum time, and deliver maximum taste and, of course pleasure! My goal is to inspire you back into your kitchen.

The Classic Menu Series, is a one off session for one or two people and is based around a theme or a specific cuisine. This can be a great introduction for beginners but are also full of tips and ideas for more experienced cooks. They offer a full menu that you can easily recreate for friends and family at home.
After the session, you will take home everything you have cooked – more than enough for 4 people and you will receive a Cooking Coach pack which includes similar recipes to expand your repertoire and lots of other foodie tips.
Weight Loss Tips and Advice
Should you wish, you can request some tips and advice as part of the Cooking Course on how to lose weight and keep it off . From my own experience of many years of yo-yo dieting, I have developed a way of losing and maintaining a stable healthy weight without compromising on great flavours and my love of good food.
